Outcome of Communication Redistribution

Unions can expect new results and increased membership participation.

A paradigm shift will occur when the unions realized the value of a collective union through membership collaboration and not be fragmented one. By developing membership participation, union collaboration, district and local optimization from the core efficiencies unions will increase their value to the membership. This will provide a new union with improved efficiencies of process, a new technology that brings membership together through collaboration to achieve its goals.

Unions that become more adaptive to its memberships needs through technology, will create symbiotic relationships as membership communication becomes more accepted. Traditional thinking must understand and see the value of bi-lateral communication, by embracing communication redistribution.
