This will provide a new union with improved efficiencies of process, a new technology that brings membership together through collaboration to achieve its goals.

Unions that become more adaptive to its memberships needs through technology, will create symbiotic relationships as membership communication becomes more accepted. Traditional thinking must understand and see the value of bi-lateral communication, by embracing communication redistribution.
